This is an odd one, but a nice one nonethless. This rv was a super c at one point but the rear has been converted to a garage with custom ramps at the rear of the rv. Rv still has a class 3 hitch. The roof was replaced and bowed and the bunk over the cab was replaced. The RV is about 31 feet in length, two axles in an E350 chassis. Engine is a ford 640 motor v8 with ~64k on the odometer. RV does not leak like the Fourseasons ones do. Trans shifts smoothly and deliberate. Its a 50 gal fuel tank with a nice quiet onan genny that runs off of it. Rv has an awning. Its old but still functions great. Cab ac and ac unit in living quarters blows cold. Ac in living quarters is ducted. Living area has some updates to the counters and floor. Fridge and freezer are cold. Rv has 30amp cord for plugging in. There are plenty of outlets in the cabin area and garage! So, depending on your crew, it will sleep about 2-3 adults (2 over the cab) and one over the kitchen table area. A child can sleep on the fold out sofa. If you need to sleep more, the garage will have to be empty and two cots can fit in there. The garage will hold 2 sportbikes or 3 dirtbikes. The garage has plenty of shelving and overhead storage as well as some pitposse stuff to hold fluids and smaller parts! Asking $25k. I have the title I am looking to downsize and will consider a trailer plus cash as a trade. Im looking for one with some creature comforts: Overhead AC and insulation with a 30amp or better connection with outlets inside. Shelving or any other methodical method of organization is a plus! I would prefer a single axle, but two is fine. So, size-wise thats a 6x12 or better No i dont want a lawn trailer or some other invention some state let you create without inspection. Please text me, Jon, for pics at 484-seven1six-1nine8two for pics RV is in Wilmington Delaware.
Forgot to mention fresh tires fore and aft. Anywhere from $225 to $400 to insure/yr depending on carrier.
Ok, so finally figured the pic thing out. The garage pics are pretty self explanatory. Plenty of secure storage. Nothing bounces out of those wooden shelves. There is a vent in the garage as well as a ducted portion of the ac. Nice changing area afterwards. This little black jack aids in the ramp assembly as pictured in use. So, minus my giant ass tool box, two sportbikes can get in there. Full size spare. The picture of my leather is the kitchen bed. Leathers laid out for scale. Bunk area pictured can get two people although there is a curve so, if youre not claustrophobic, it works for two people. Driver side pic of unit give reference for size. It has a very tight turning radius. It can easily get into a gas station.
What are the interior garage dimensions? How many MPGs with this? 5-7? Have you ever pulled a trailer too, and if so, MPG then?
Ok, the garage measurements are as follows: Length (from garage door to bulkhead) is 92 inches. Width with wooden shelving is 74 inches If you remove the shelving the width is 95 inches.
