Aprilia rs250 hybrid is about as close as your gonna get to a TZ with off the shelf parts. I'm putting one together now.

Engine cradle needed. Bent, cracked, rashed is ok and for a even longer shot if anybody has a FFTP hybrid frame kit laying around I'll take that.
I'm 6'1" 195 on my 125. Its tight but the fun factor makes up for being cramped.

I've been running it in my TZ, lawn equipment and dirt bikes for years. No noticable loss of HP. Do a search...there are few threads about it.
Just built 2 duplexes and painted them inside and out with a titan 440. Worked flawlessly. 410 is also a good unit just doesn't have the fancy...
I have an RZ with a gixxer front end and find the weight not really an issue but on a street bike the fatter forks block some wind getting thru...
I use avgas and klotz r50 in my TZ too along with all my lawn equipment. I get it from a local airport for around 5 ish a gallon.
I've used them for different bikes. Sometimes the mounting points are not exact and need a little engineering but they keep the bike cool like OEM
