    Last I heard was broken leg or ankle and concussion but nothing too serious considering how fast he went down.

    he was flyin , all i seen was the bike mid air then it disappered ... caught on fire .... then the aftermath bike wasnt pretty but if all he got was a broken leg/ankle and concusion he's a lucky man

    No it was Frank Trubino (sp) from canada. The guy was pitted across from me. I hope he gets well. He and his girlfriend were very nice people.

    Trombino is one of those very fast Canadains that you don't hear about much down here. I hope he is OK.

    And he was on Dunlops. He was using slicks earlier in the day. Anyone know which model/number tire it was or what type of failure it had?

    No idea on which model tire but it was a slick and suffered a catastrophic failure and shredded. Think trailer tire shredded.

    the same thing happened to a dunlop slick on creviers bike at mosport last year.


    was he on his R6 or R1?
