My feet get unnaturally warm when racing, and I want the most vented, coolest boots available. Any experience with both the TCX RT Race Pro Air and the Alpinestars Supertech R Vented? Or any other suggestions for better alternatives?
what kind of socks do you wear? Personally I dont feel any difference with vented or unvented boots... but wearing a quality wool or lycra sock can be noticed over typical cotton ones
That was my first thought too and I bought some super light runner's socks. It helped but not fully. Still looking for better boots.
Are you doing endurance racing? I have no idea what my feet feel like in a 6-8 lap race. Heck, I might not even be breathing. How about putting a calf vent in the suit? Perhaps it's a bike issue like hot engine air on the boots? What are you riding?
