They are advertising killer prices, but it seems too good to be true. Any thoughts if they're legit ? Saw their ad on FB. www.helmethouseus.com
Seems like a rip off from this site. https://helmethouse.com/ I drunkenly ordered from a site like that once and got a plastic toy helmet from china that might fit a 5 year old kid. Amex blocked payment and gave my money back but it was a lesson learned. No drunk moto shopping.

Have been seeing a lot of these type adds pop up on FB lately. Yesterday saw one that looked like a Dianese site and it was done well except the prices were way too low. I always assume everything is a scam these days unless I go look for the factory website myself.
I've seen these scam sites for guitars and gear as well. The old adage, if it's too good to be true, it probably is applies. Nobody is selling new desirable gear for 50-60% off.
Helmet House is a long time trusted distributor that has been serving dealers for 5o years, and I even interviewed with them 20 or so years ago. They have never sold consumer direct, and as mentioned above the "about us" page was probably written by a 18 year old Nigerian/Yemen scammer. Just say no
This link lit up my anti-virus warning. ANY link that cannot spell correctly usually will though... I met Scott Enlow with Arai Americas at Daytona, working out of the Revzilla tent. Very helpful in many ways. He said they had some sort of a '30 day trial period' on their helmets through Revzilla. I didn't get the details about this, as he shared his contact information with me. The Arai sizing options offered on the newest helmets are impressive, even without buying any different pads.
It kinda messed up that they stole the actual Helmet House logo. I'm sure that confuses some folks. The real HH list helmets for sale but they run it through a local dealer to help out the shops who order from HH.
I remember going to the storefront for Helmet House in Daytona years and years ago. No idea if it's the same.
If I remember correctly there was a helmet shop in Daytona called helmet house or helmet something but it wasn't Helmet House distributors from Calabasas CA
Could have been. But think about it where else could you have a store that only sold helmets? Daytona in its heyday I used to make dealer calls all around the US and that sticks in my mind
Helmet Harbor was in Arizona. Mitness was sorta dorky but a good dude. There was a place called the Helmet Shop in Daytona IIRC
Yea, I was under the impression that you could "buy" it on the HH website and they would drop ship it for the closet dealer that was setup as some sort of specialist dealer or something. Maybe they don't do it that way anymore. That's what I was told by an HH rep a couple years ago and my kid is a parts manager at a dealership. Maybe I misunderstood because the HH website is just like and other distributor site. Dunno.
