WBD was the least of my fiscal issues Friday. I had a pretty big land deal fall apart when the prospective buyers realized that they were going to have to fork out 15k to pull electricity, 8-10k for a well, and 5 more grand to grade and rock a road to their build site. Yeah, people... It's called RAW LAND for a gahtdamn reason.

It's technically in the Chickasaw Nation, not the Creek involved in the ruling. And it's only a matter of "control" with regard to prosecution rights on federal crimes.

They certainly didn't take everyone's land.
