My business (well, my two sons now) is located across the street from some pretty big transmission lines coming into east Boise. Several years ago one of our now unemployed employees decided at lunch he was going to climb over a barbed wire fence and scale one of the towers. So he did.
Cops showed up and waited for him to climb down and stuffed him in a cop car.
He actually showed up for his shift the next day and when the supervisor told him he was fired he couldn't understand why.
When the supe asked why he did it, he just shrugged and said it was something he always wanted to do and he had enough time left on his lunch break.

 

But why fire him? It was HIS time Mr. Hand.

 

"The way I see it, you're here and I'm here, so that makes it our time."

 

There were rumours in the 90's of a footballer for Liverpool who was doing coke. After scoring a goal in a game he went to the line and did this.
