He may be asking for your impression of how this bike handles with that much fork above the clamp. Most pics I found of stock 2012 ZX10 have only about 10mm of leg showing above the clamp. (Plus cap). If that is it, I believe it’s a setting that is pretty much rider preference.
It is lowered, this is my old bike. We raised the rear and lowered the front. Eric @ Velocity Calibrations did it. It made a huge improvement for me personally, YMMV.
