A client of mine has a similar toilet in their office. They were about $15k 6 or so years ago when they did the buildout.

As far as the builder installation, why bother? As soon as the house settles, they would have to start over again. All new houses settle. That is why you don't mess with decent painting for the first 2 years or so. We bought our house new. A couple of the doors that were good when we bought it are no longer aligned and I will probably have to fix them at some point. Door to the WC in the master bath is the worst.
