So from one vendor? In the Netherlands? Interesting thatUS based vendors still list the for $649. How can that be? Have you verified with Dainese that if you buy from that vendor and use the boots in the US, the warranty is still intact?

 

No I haven't, and what warranty are you scared about? This are boots not for racing not TV or microwave

I was thinking more for the possibility they arrive defective.

Bigger issue seems to be the member dissatisfied with the sale thread offering $650 boots for $475 because they’re “available” from one European vendor for $380. If someone is concerned about cost, maybe they shouldn’t be buying $380 boots. Either way, just seems kind of silly to sideline a sale thread because something is available for less at a single European vendor. You do you though.

 

I think the warranty on any good boot is that you don't end up damaging the 30 bones or the countless blood veins/vessels in your foot.

It’s not a promo or a discount. They’ll price match any site you can find them cheaper from. You can find them online for 400, cycle gear will price match. Hence, cycle gear has them for 400. Im sorry you overpaid.
