I have a friend who specializes in immigration law. On year he handled the work visas for the Miss Hawaiian Tropic contest girls. He told me guys go to these contests posing as judges with name badges saying they work for Loréal and the like. And they bang the contestants cause the girls want a chance at winning.

Hannah and I were in the audience for this one. The last two years we have co-hosted the NY and MD pageants. I’ve also been on the judges panel for MD for the 2018 year.

I can speak only on the inside for the NY and MD directors, they run a good show and as a judge and going through that whole process I can personally say it was straight up, no BS.

Other state directors have been accused of fixing shows but it hasn’t really been blown up the way this has on the USA level.

The new USA director who took over last year has been doing to the pageant system what DMG did to American racing in 2009.

 

Ok ok Ill retract my comment about toxic households. I just dont get pageants at all.

 

Other than Andromeda and us, the rest of them are just poser star clusters with ambitions of being galaxies.
