    I'll agree. I pour about an inch of Grape Nuts into a bowl and then cover that with either Special K or Corn Flakes. Makes a wonderful mix.

    Amlodipine and 81mg of aspirin every day.
    Donuts on Sunday.
    Saturday is myvreal cheat day so if I don't max out on some carb like waffles, french toast, croissant french toast or pancakes along with 3-6 eggs and a half pound of bacon, cinnabon or theme park food I'll crush a half box of cinnamon toast crunch, capn crunch w crunch berries or frosted mini wheats.
    As a kid loved Quisp, Count Chocula and Lucky charms.
