Little bit out of my price range. I think I might have paid $15.00-20.00 to get into the F1 race at the Glen in 1976. Well GA one day tickets sold out and are reselling for 400 now. Seats starting at 750. But its well beyond the price of the ticket why I cant go more than every few years too.
Too lazy to do the conversion but they had to pay him 15 million pounds to not drive for them next year. Nice work if you can get it
Gonna miss Danny, he seems to have retained a childlike wonder and is much more personable than the top finishers other than George.
I know right? I’d not drive for them for half that amount. Should get my (nonexistent) manager on that, pronto
@motion - Seeing you don't follow F1, you most likely won't be interested in hearing that Audi will be joining F1 in 2026. The rest of you can read about it here... https://www.formula1.com/en/latest/...ormula-1-from-2026.yr9pFVd5nSQBbZ7EZZDLJ.html
Sadly, won't be happening next year unless F1 can't find a deal with South Africa. The interview the promoter today. He made some interesting points about how they always have and keep making changes at great cost to stay on the calendar but things have gotten to a point where historical weight and tradition have lost out to commercial interests. Too many races in Europe. Some have to make room for new exotic destinations.
