The falsetto voice gets a bit grating.......but is Keeso doing Shoresy too as he did in Letterkenney? Or is someone else taking over the role? I only saw the one promo so far. Keeso did play high level hockey, so I get it. There was a big push for Keeso to replace Hugh Jackman as Wolverine in the future movies. He has no trap muscles though.......
Can Confirm! That show is Hilarious… I just found it and watched both seasons this week… my 1/2 French/1/2 English Canadian endurance teammate, and great friend, is from Sudbury and now lives in North Bay and played senior Hockey every winter…. and between the 1/2 French 1/2 English and the halfbreed natives they really nail the accents and oddities of that eclectic bunch…. I will say he’s never had a any hot chicks anywhere around when I’ve visited but I didn’t know about the ghey population there… maybe he’s of that lifestyle… he hasn’t responded to my questions about his documentary yet… the Armour Bodies bodywork founder is from there too and also played hockey… funny shit
I was disappointed with the first season, hopefully season 2 gets better. To me it was Letterkenny with way worse acting.
I treat it as “related” but not really letterkenny. Too many great characters in letterkenny (skids, squirrelly Dan, Darrie). Super soft birthday is just too damn good of an episode.
Season is actually a bit better than season 1. Better chirps, which I will be stealing and firing at my coworkers, tomorrow. Also, I will now be buying a talking bird.
Just finished season 2 and it was just as good as season 1. Also, Hulu confirmed that season 3 will begin shooting in November.
