I have 06 450 SMR forks on the front of my KTM sumo, and they are weeping fork oil out of the tops of the caps. I can't tell if it's working by the preload adjuster, or the rebound adjuster, but after every race I'm wiping oil off 'em. Local former suspension guy said it's common on these forks, try to find a larger o-ring... before I tear one fork down and see what I can reverse engineer, anyone else run across this?

I have three sets of those forks currently in my garage. Never had that issue.

Hrmm... well maybe just throwing new oem o-rings at them will improve the situation. Assuming I can determine how to take them apart and reassemble properly.
