  1. Dave K

    Dave K DaveK über alles!

Want to go a bit more obscure, Pegboy - through my fingers
Helmet - unsung (pretty big in the 90s and still kicks ass).
    Millencolin - Bullion
Dinosaur Jr - the wagon, start choppin, feel the pain
Meat puppets - Sam But I liked their 80s SST stuff better)
    Sonic youth - 100%

cBj - interesting play list. First time I’ve ever looked at Spotify and it’s interesting, it’s like making a mix tape back in the 80s and 90s. :D

lol yeah it kind of is.

Spotify is good for playlists and such. I just use it because my wife used it for work and needed add-free music. I actually liked the way Pandora constantly added music to my radio station based on my likes/dislikes better.

Anything Alice In Chains. Social Distortion.

I went to a Poison concert at Red Rocks outside of Denver, maybe 1991-ish? Not really my cup of tea, but they were actually pretty good live. And the wimmens in attendance were a sight to behold.

The lead guitarist Chris Thorn is from my home town in PA, not Mississippi. After Hoon's death, he later toured with Live, also from my home town, although never formally joining the band.

Cool! Thanks for that, I thought all the rest were from MS... they made some great music.

Live is another great band that got their one song overplayed, while I think it was a decent selection of their music unlike No rain was for BM

Roth was from Bloomington, grew up in New Castle, then moved to Pasedena CA.
Rose and Hoon were both from from Lafayette and then moved to LA.

It's weird. Everyone knows Mellencamp, Rose, and the Jackson's are all from Indiana. Hardly anyone know the Diamond Dave was a Hoosier too.
