https://www.t-g.com/stories/tennessee-downsunveiled-withsoft-opening,65038 I found a layout also. It should be pretty bike friendly.
Sounds awfully ambitious for a $30-40M budget. ....and what exactly is a "horsepower car." Whoever came up with that slogan needs to be dropped from the development team....
Several red flags.... horsepower cars, country club business plan, garages for 500 cars thats a LOT of garages, having a soft opening but yet doesnt own the land.... Then I looked up the owners company....its a Jaaaaagggggg resto shop. Now it all makes sense. In about 9 months stories will start filtering out about a former Jaaaaaagggg shop owner running off with 30-40 million in investor money. And the hotel towels. and silverware. and booze. because the only thing shady-er than a Jaaaaggggg owner is a Jaaaaggggg restorer.
Great for rich folks who want to drive their cars at 75% and don't mind walls. Sucks for bikes and any kind of racing.
Agreed... Based on country clubs I've been to, that reads as "high prices and alcohol... lots and lots of alcohol".
Walking horse capital of the world. Walking horses are out of style and unlikely to return.... A LOT of money there though.
Yeah. I, too, want to park at the entrance of turns while I wait for the shooter in front of me to tee off.
Isn't barber a "country club" with a racetrack around it? That's the slogan I always heard. Hell I'm happy someone is trying.
My lawyer buddy is in the race horse community and I haz Zero idea how much money those dudes play with. Its nuts
