I had the original covid about a year ago... knocked me down with a small case of pneumonia... completely recovered. Now about 1-2 weeks ago... wife and I both got what seamed like sort of bad head colds... we both thi k it was the Omicron covid??? We have both removed from it too.
Hey! I just put in an offer on 20 acres of Oklahoma. Get better, Mongo, so we can continue to make your life miserable.
Don't blame me for your horrible decisions, know why you can find that much land there? Because it sucks there.
Finally back in the office today. Basically hit us both like a normal flu bug, bit more than a cold but not a ton. The tired feeling was the worst part. Both have slight lingering coughs but tested negative and feeling better the more we do stuff.
Unfortunately that cough might go on for a while. Me and the wife both got it 3-4 weeks ago. Had chills, fever, and body aches (flu like symptoms) for about 24-36hrs. Then the fever broke and never came back. For me, the fatigue was the worst part. Over the course of 3 days I took like 10-12 naps (and I NEVER lay down or sleep during the day). It was like I just couldn’t stay awake. The wife was similar, with all of the exact same symptoms, except hers last over twice as long. I beat it much easier/faster. She struggled for over a week. But back to the cough, she is STILL coughing constantly now. It is coming up on a month and she still coughs all day and night. We both ultimately tested negative. We both feel fine and have been working out like normal. But her damn cough is still lingering.
Have her see the doctor. Years ago I had the flue and a cough that wouldn’t go away for a couple months. Finally saw the doctor and I had bronchitis.
Hope she gets better soon. They’re calling these lingering symptoms “long COVID”, which means they don’t know WTF it is or how to fix it.
Same symptoms I get when I get the flu - including a lingering cough. Guess I always got the long flu
