    So my latests pizza adventure was a lasagna pizza.

    Sadly didn't get a side shot of a slice but it was damned yummy.

    Super deep dish, so layer of dough bottom and sides, a normal 5 or so layer lasagna on that, another layer of dough, then mozz and dollops of ricotta :D

    Hmmm, I haven't made a lasagna in forever.
    It takes half a day, not counting making the sauce, but it is so good it will make you weep.
    I need some cheering up, that might be just the ticket.
    That and some salad with Olive Garden house dressing.
    And garlic bread.

    Her response was "That can't be possible, I'm European!!" :crackup:

    Sadly it was true as I'd been telling her for a couple few years now. Working around it slowly but surely and working on other options. It does make cooking tougher since cheese was a HUGE part of our diet.
