SpeedyE Experimental prototype, never meant for production

    It's like $450 bucks.
They make an adapter for $20 to mount the arm-brace to it.
I sold all my stuff during the panic, at top dollar, so guess should get something for home defense.

    Anyone know anything about theses?

Wow that's just not right, basically an UZI that fires 5.56?

I always thought it was more of a novelty gun. Never heard anything about them other than the muzzle blast is huge and they are loud as hell.

Not ideal for home defense, but that's my opinion.

It's just an AR Pistol without the bugger tube. Or like a Kel Tec PLR-16, which I'd get over this Extar thing. More customizable.

I know, right? It has no recoil and only weighs 2 pounds, and fits my budget :D

Haha that's kinda cool I guess. If you light that thing off in a house though it's gonna burst your eyeballs along with your eardrums lol.

    ^ What metalfoot said.

For home defense you need a 12 gauge so you can rack it to scare off perps, or a 45acp cuz it's a man-stopper.

    I buy hearing protection and ski-goggles for when I have a break-in :D

Polymer framed AR knock off with an above the barrel recoil spring. I think I stopped paying attention at "polymer framed". If you want to shoot rifle rounds accurately, get a rifle, if you want to shoot accurately with a pistol, buy a real pistol, not an abomination like that...

Rookie. WW2 gas mask covers all the bases including mustard gas. Just hang on the bed post with the whips and shackles n shit.

It's been my experience that Ar pistols don't run that well and I've never heard of this one before and on top of that polymer AR's are usually junk.Buy a Glock for home defense. Everyone needs a good battle rifle though:)Rifles don't work good for home defense because you're eardrums will be ruined if you should engage an intruder unless you want to take the time to don ear pro and that's probably not practical in a scenario like a home invasion/break in.

    Anyone else have an EP9?

A silencer sits on my SBR AR with subsonic 300 blackout hunting rounds. The bad guy won’t even hear me shoot him let alone worrying about my ears ringing :)

Cheapest EP-556 I see right now is $500, you can get a (likely better) PSA AR kit or upper/lower combo for around $450
