@Gorilla George the first picture is of a labradoodle. Same as the goldendoodle, etc. basically take a lab or golden retriever, etc and make them hypoallergenic. Come out to California and you’ll see one on every block. Annoying as hell. Even the guy that popularized them had a show of Netflix and said it was the single largest mistake of his life.

Quick story; I got called to an area near some train tracks in one of my old beats for a poodle....worth $25,000. The call notes had the dog’s name and that it would respond to its name and jump in the back of my marked charger.

Two minutes later I find it half way down the track bed. I get out, call its frou frou name and it jumps right in the back of the car.

Apparently it won a dog show of some sort, hence the value.

 

Seems like you missed a golden ransom opportunity.

What’s annoying about them? My daughter wants to get some kind of Poodle mix and I think it may be one of those? Are they hard to train, yappy or something else?

She has to get a hypoallergenic dog because her boyfriend is allergic to dogs, shellfish and some other stuff. They have to have an epipen with them all the time.
