The insurance costs are what I was thinking. They have to be somewhat insane for them. Especially after trashing a 1 of 7 electric hyper car. The general lambo/Ferrari stuff probably isn’t horrible. But they get their hands on some truly, insanely rare cars.
I know he's captain slow, but can't imagine what it cost to allow May to drive that Gulf 917? A similar (or maybe the same?) car sold at auction for over $14M just a couple years ago.....

Only watched about half of it so far or so........just because it was getting late, not that it was terrible, but here is what you can expect: - The guys jerk around with May - Their cars break down to the point if it was the real world, it would be done and gone. (although I don't want to mention a spoiler) - They take cars and immensely modify them. - They get dirty. - They piss off the locals. So, it's like every. other. special. they. have. done. for. decades.
....that was why I liked the show. Cool cars, ball busting humor, somewhat scripted "what can go wrong" lead ups... Been a fan of that formula for a long time and still can go back and rewatch almost any season and episode on Prime and be entertained.
