This must be the first year I can remember that they are no deals on street rubber. Usually this time of year coincides with the launch of the latest greatest and the current rubber is heavily discounted by the large online vendors - this year - crickets.

Possibly related... I was at my local Kawi dealer recently and they said Kawi uses a lot of Dunlop tires for their OEM spec tires which are usually produced at Dunlop's Brazilian factory and with Covid practically closing down Brazil a few months ago they (Kawi) have over 100,000 bikes/quads just sitting on the assembly line so to speak awaiting rubber to arrive and roll em out. Ouch... He also said they got their allotments back from Kawi and in a lot of cas they are getting 30% of the bikes they ordered for this coming year - ie they ordered 30 Ninja 400's and are only going to get 12 of that model from Kawi.
