Oddly enough, the condos at NJMP are seemingly expanding.

 

Gotta be honest, when I first glanced at this, I thought the title said condoms, and I thought this was rehash of the people selling used condoms.

 

To be fair, Tilke tracks are probably fine for track days, and probably all that's happening here.

 

Club racing is happens there, just not for motorcycles.

If I were a typical member of this place, with more $$$ than sense or driving skill, no way in hell am I going out on a track day elsewhere, where some goober in his clapped out Miata can cause $250,000 of damage to your car in a heartbeat. A closed setting has its advantages.

 

This is true. I know some private car clubs/tracks have swapped dates with each other so members get to experience another circuit but retain that same “familiar group” safety feature.

 

Tree’s , Armco, even Power Supply Transformers.... If you want to hit it it’s available... So sad this never took the time to make this place safe for bikes... or even cars... Been around 1 lap.... I was scared before out of the pits with the Armco...

 

how much do you want to wager that there is probably some kind of "timeshare" service for folks that want a change of scenery with trackside condos?
