Bought my first triumph at an auction. Unfortunately it has a hole in the block so I decided to part it out.

Never purchased anything from an auction so I’m curious. Was that information presented before you bought the bike or it was an unexpected horrible surprise?

No I didn’t know, you have go there and inspect.

 

Man that seems somewhat criminal but it’s all part of the game I suppose.

I took my chances, probably my last time they charge $700 fee on top of bidding price.

 

First gen Daytona engines are stupid cheap these days - you may want to try to source one of those before parting.

 

If you were closer (a lot closer) I have a good short block sitting in my garage collecting dust.

 

Looking for a front wheel.
