    Bikemasters sell a very affordable adjustable fork cap wrench. I got mine for $13 on amazon

    Funny I literally just found it and placed the order on Amazon no more than 30 seconds ago. I think I'll be able to manage without the driver too, but figured if I could find one for a reasonable price used I'd just grab it.

    I just did the job Friday. If you don’t have a fork seal driver I would suggest using the old seal as a buffer between the new seal and whatever you decide to drive it in with

    That was the plan - some appropriately-sized PVC and the old seal. Sorting out I need to replace bushings too while I'm in there.
