Given a choice of either Beretta, 92 Compact or PX4 Compact, which would you prefer for carry?
Every time I read something about one, I tell myself “That's the one!” Then I read something about the other...
Whether it be reliability, options, threaded barrel (92C), I can't get off this merry-go-round.

Neither. Get a cheetah if you’re going to get a beretta.

For me, the point of either the 92 or PX4 is that I'm thinkin' of a PCC, specifically, Beretta's CX4. Basically, I gotta make a magazine choice.

I never would have expected Broome to buy a 1911. He does know that refers to the year it was issued to the military right? I never would have thought he would buy anything less than a phased plasma rifle in the 40 watt range.

Neither. Not to be a dick but why would you choose either of those over so many better pistols.

Just be honest you bought it because it was black and you really didn't know what it was:Poke:

  11. True. :D

Plus it was heavy, had a long barrel, and took fat bullets, so I went for it. :D

I would have thought you would have gone for the 11911 instead.
Not only is it bigger (.47 caliber) it's also symmetrical.

    Live and learn I guess...

    That's what I figured
You should get a Desert eagle too. Then you can have a 50cal

His looks to be a series 80. His gun wasn’t designed until the 1980s and has an extra internal safety ;)

Ninety percent of the guns that have been discussed here will fade into obscurity. The 1911 will be with us always, perfect and unchanging. The fact that it appealed to Mr. Planned Obsolescence is proof of that. Nice gun, Chris!
