Need help with welfare check in Ontario, Canada

Long story short, Facebook paraplegic friend in Ontario, CA has dropped off the radar. Me and a few other para FB friends are worried about her. None of us can get a reply. She was depressed about 2 weeks ago. She is usually very active on FB and would respond quickly to messages. Crickets. We are fearing the worst. Anybody in here from Ontario or do you know whom I should call to have a welfare check done?

 

Call the local police, they do welfare checks all the time.

Canada guys. Title is correct but I think autocorrect screwed up in the text of the OP.

Another friend tracked her brother down who does not live near her. I guess he is trying to get answers too but I'd still like to call the locals for a welfare check.

Joe, you need to know the city in Ontario Canada. Ontario is a Province, like a state. you have the street, address, state (province), and country... now we need the city to help further. good luck, please update this. Ski

 

A google of the address Joe provided shows Ottawa. The street view shows a ramp to the front door. Sorry I can't do more from here.
