FWIW, make sure you goop up the gasket or replace it when you swap them, I didn't one time and my tank leaked like crazy.... All over the motor.... Scarbs
tank I've got just a bare tank, no dents. I'll sell it cheap if you're interested. No pump, cap, hinge, etc, just a tank. I can bring it to VIR also. e-mail me at [email protected] if you're interested. The only reason I replaced it is because the overflow spout came loose. It's still functional and could be fixed in minutes. I only replaced it because it was under warranty and now it's just in my garage. I don't race that bike so I wouldn't mind giving up the tank for some $$$.

Actually, being the golfer that I am (if Golden Tee counts), I pulled out the handy-dandy divot-fixer-thingy from the marsupial-like pouch in my leathers (I know you all think its a gut ) and replaced my divots. One of them was big enough to make Greenie a wig, but buy the time we would have gotten it glued on, it probably would have turned brown --Eck
