Sorry to derail your post but any chance you know the color you used to match the tank? I'm building a 2011 750 for a buddy and his tank is the same color, would love to try and find a close match for the bodywork.
No prob. It was the recommended OEM match from ColorRite. I used the aerosol spray ... worked great. I don't think the match is perfect (probably because I'm not an experienced painter), but close enough for my pursuit of the old/fat-guy, trackday championship. https://www.colorrite.com/
