No doubt something like this happened
He was provided with the excuse to end the raffle in this thread and used it when IMHO someone offered him more or close to what he thought he might raise in ticket sales and not risk having to let it go for $12k which is the bottom number he picked to let the winner have the bike for
Why do I think that?
Within 24 hours of his post canceling the raffle I sent him a PM offering him $12k in immediately available funds
No response
No bartering “How about $13k?”
Nothing

I don’t know him or have an axe to grind
could even be disappointment at not getting a killer deal on a bike I know well enough since I have since I have one
