This. Alley and Sugar (tuxedo cat named by the 7 y/0) kick the shit out of each other and then spend their evening sitting on the bed as pictured while the wife does her lesson planning.
I’ve never been a cat person, but this one has been cool so far. Super friendly and will literally jump in your arms if you ask her to. Someone left her and her litter mates out in the road (we live outside of town in the country), she was the only one that made it. She’s now our barn cat and does a great job with the mice.
Killer is so hard core. He’ll rip your head off and make you watch him eat the rest of your own body.
That’s funny. When I built our fire pit, the first day after it was done, I walked by it and in the bottom of it sat the head of a mouse. I told the wife a sacrifice to the God of Fire had been made and we could now use it.
We inherited a cat from the daughter. We never got along, mostly my fault as I just couldn't stand by and watch her rip apart everything in sight. She could do a number on chipmunks though. Since she departed for parts unknown the chips have taken over. I think I'd rather just get a black snake. they're more friendly.....
I'm just gonna leave this right here... https://nypost.com/2020/06/23/women-find-single-men-with-cats-less-dateable-than-those-with-dogs/
Say a prayer for this guy if you can. We’re battling bobcat fever I think and he’s not doing so hot but he’s fighting. He’s not really eaten anything since Friday last week but he’s started drinking again in the last 24-36 hours. I’m having to almost force feed him small amounts of food several times a day and will drink if I carry him to the food bowl. He has been battling a fever and other unknown stuff but we’ve got him on meds now so let’s hope it goes better now.
