Really nice writeup! Brandon's trips seem like a killer deal. Those CRF250's are the perfect bike for Thailand... you probably noticed how dangerous it is to ride there. Riding on a powerful motorcycle in Thailand is definitely going to shorten your life expectancy.
The CRFs worked well, but I could have used better brakes and more grip. I overheated the brakes a few times and on downhills, it could get a bit hairy. So I had to adapt and go easier when we had cars to pass.
Glad you had a blast François GOD I remember those 5am morning calls from the roosters when I was there. Never put my alarm on, they did the job nicely... I also wasn't there to sleep So it was nice you have that early morning call lolll
