I’m at about 35% off MSRP with the $1k AC swap and the prep and doc fees so not me. So still thinking its a decent deal. Problem with buying used is they seem to have modernized the interiors quite a bit in the last year or so. If you go back to even 2017 models they look the same as the 2000s. Brown tones on traditional raised panels is replaced with gray tones on craftsman style. It just makes it feel higher grade
Oh I’m contemplating it. I was urged by a few bbs’ers to post up for the fin if it. You guys aint saying anything they haven’t already. I’m thinking of reading the dealer their comments to see the looks on their face
All I am reading is "here, buy this complete pile of shit from us so we can fix it for you". Not only no to this deal, but fuck no.
I shake my head at anyone bringing their rig to a dealer like that and paying $200/hr let alone letting it sit there. They are not repair experts by any means. RV tech training is 6 weeks... if that makes you feel any better.
nah the production line peeps are meth heads based in Indiana, getting $25/hr to do tedious tasks all day...lol. If they fail at that... they can go make plastic kazoos for $14/hr across town.
Back in the day in my home town, the biggest meth pushers were the supervisors at the old "Steel Plant" (they made steel products, it wasn't a mill) because it made the workers so much faster
Having some techs who know how to seal a camper would be worth giving it a once over before the delam starts.
Don't walk away from that dealership.............R U N! There are some good ones out there, but I'll assure you, you didn't stop at one of them.
You'll just disappear during the first one and find yourself several light-years past Alpha Centauri.
