where to get OEM Ford parts ?

    Anyone know someone with the hook up?
    I busted my buddies Taillight outa his 2018 F250.
    The Simple No good deed goes unpunished deal!!
    I was loading him up with a trucks load of FREE firewood and Wam-O I miss guided one!
    Its $839 at my local ford house.

    Ive tried the local salvage yards. Nothing that new yet they said I thought that was odd.

    Whats the VIN or part #. They probably have 10 different choices on tail lights now a days. 800+ for a tail light? Seems steep.

    A buddy of mine has a 3-4 year old Yukon Denali and has had 2 rear LED taillights fail at $900 per pop. Has had a couple other problems and said he won't buy another after having owned 3 or 4 before this one.

    Just go aftermarket. I know for the Ho there are a bunch of options.

    So then he can buy two?

    Also, aftermarket often isn't an option for the modern Ford in higher trims as the unit includes the BLIS module, hence the high OEM price.....

    Compared to 800 bucks yep, 2 at a couple hundred each makes sense to me.

    What's a BLIS module?

    Its the LED and the Blind Spot Mirror Sensor Light that costs a bazzillon dollars
