New rules package for 2021. Seems like a lot of same old but i didn't read them too deep...https://www.formula1.com/en/latest/...ingNews&utm_term=20190702_MASTER_FullAudience
Verstappen claims that he’s “in their heads” because Lewis and Vettel complained about having to give him extra room so they don’t get taken out by him...dude’s freaking delusional. They have 10 titles to his zero.
Watched P1 at lunch. No F1 track should be so bumpy that it launches a car in the air leaving pit lane, or shedding bodywork on the back straight. Also, as noted above, awesome Ricciardo Longhorns helmet, even to include a facemask.
Seriously. Watching FP2 that just started on ESPN. It's shameful the condition of the track in some spots. It's bad enough when bikes are trying to contend with it on 2 wheels, but yeah it's basically launching the cars airborne in some places.
There is no reason why they cant get a pavement grinder out there and grind down some of those spots overnight. We all know HAM is a diva that exaggerates, but he did state that the track is not safe as it is now. The Red Bull looked like a boat cornering in the waves it was porpoising so bad.
Looks like they did grind it in some spots due to weird lighter shades of pavement that look like they were ground down...Hamilton while praising the bumps as adding character and different challenges, had a massive headache from the bumps after FP1!
It’s funny as hell to hear them talking about Ricciardo’s helmet design and having no clue what the “X11”(12) stands for
