Heart attack taking him out was probably safer than Hillary taking him out last election.

 

He may die running for office, his supporters will claim Trump stole the election by colluding with The Grim Reaper.

He never had a shot at the nomination in the first place. Last time around his message was fresh and new and he was running against the most unlikable cunt since Cruella Deville. This time around the whole party is parroting his lines and a few of them don't come off as angry commies.

Good point. Just a few years go by and every dem candidate has stolen all bernie's communist ideas and left him behind. Then-bernie was hard left, now-he's just another dem...crazy how far left they have gone in a short time.

 

They would have weighed the cost of treatment against
his likely survivability index and probably would have
said no. You don't spend big bucks on someone who only
has a few years to live even if he were healthy. Old folks
use the bulk of medical services so the easiest way to cut
costs is to let them die. Death panels are real by necessity
to keep the system going.

Ironically, the flip side of this is that in our existing “for profit” system, the only reason they keep many people alive so long is to squeeze as much money as possible out of them and the insurance company. The humane thing to do is let them die with dignity, but they’ll keep them on a machine while they vegetate and wither away to nothing or make them shit/piss in a bag, or some other torture.
