After much deliberation, I have decided to part with my 2007 R6. This was a very hard decision but it’s time for her to move on to a new owner. I purchased this bike brand new off the show room floor from Extreme Sports Yamaha in Sumter, SC in 2007. I can tell you any and everything about this bike. I have the clean title in hand. This was my street bike from 2007-2009. I did my first track day at Jennings and was hooked. It became my dedicated track bike from 2009-2013. I crashed in a Wera race at Roebling in 2013 and decided to give up riding for a while. The bike sat in storage from 2013 to the end of 2018. I decided to put the bike back to street trim at the beginning of 2019. The bike has just over 12,000 miles. I removed some of the race goodies but left a lot on. This is a great bike for street or track duty! I don't visit this forum much so text message is preferred. 803foursixthree6614 The bike has the following... Dynojet Power commander 3 Dynojet ignition module Dynojet quick shifter (gp shift) Custom dyno tune 08-16 front forks (10mm longer than 06-07) 08-16 bodywork Woodcraft clipons Vortex rearsets MZS shorty levers 520 conversion kit Yoshimura case savers Akrapovic full exhaust (muffler isn’t in the best condition but is 100 percent functional) Stainless braided brake lines (front only) Fender eliminator kit
This is a great bike to double as street and track duty. To be a competitive track only bike, all it needs is race suspension and race bodywork. You could easily sell the street bodywork to fund the race goodies. Make me a reasonable offer.
