My grandfather made his living as a mechanic, and I have his old Snap-On tool chest with a sticker much like that in it. Circa 1978 I was helping him dismantle his shop when the time came and we were tossing junk parts from a pile into a pickup truck bed to haul to a metal reclamation facility. He wistfully paused as he looked over an odd looking part. "I'll be damn. I remember pulling that off a Model T."
