Not sure what your point is with this post. Rossi set a new standard when he arrived. Mark will break those records if he stays healthy (very likely since he’s quit crashing his brains out) and sticks around long enough. Which is also likely given his mentality. This is an age old story where a new lion cub comes in and challenges the current king of the pride. Age takes it’s toll on everyone. Rossi will go down as one of the greatest ever, and Márquez will be right there with him in the discussion.

 

Show us their head to head numbers, please.

 

Exactly, and there will be no caveats if MM93 remains with Honda throughout his career. Saying he has to switch brands to "make him worthy" is as stupid as saying that Tom Brady can't be one of the greatest because he spent his entire career with one team.
