Amen. Best aural experience I've had riding was my Superhawk with Jardines... impossible to go thru a tunnel and not have a huge smile.

Always wanted a superhawk. Almost bought a cheap ugly assed beat up hawk to race it a few years ago just for shits and giggles

I'll keep my Diavel. Best of all worlds when the thought of sitting on a sport bike just hurts, let alone riding one anymore.

how could anyone not like a v-twin? Big low end power, power wheelies from 5 mph at 3 thousand rpm when then wheel stops spinning quick, sets off every car alarm driving by anything over 10 mph. I bliped my rc51 with full race pipes a couple of times, or 5 in an underground parking garage once, must have set off 30 alarms, childish, absolutely. Hauled ass laughing on my way out. Now I'm older and more responsible,:beer:

Bump!...In the last year, was looking at an FTR 1200, Indian springfield darkhorse....and now I'm eyeballing a Rocket 3 or Diavel 1260 s.

I sold my 2013 HD Night rod special a year ago and I barely put 4000 miles on it in 10 yrs. Now that I'm off the track, I'll probably ride more street. Maybe.

I like 'different/unique' as long as they perform as intended.

I have a '16 Tuono w/Ohlins and forged wheels that has 8000 miles. So that's my go to when I feel squiddish.

    Any Rocketeers out there?

i’ve had the new rocket 3 and a new diavel 1260s

go diavel. the weight on the rocket is way more than the diavel and you feel it. the front tire on the rocket is a weird size. it’s a big balloon tire. the diavel runs 17”s on both ends that you can actually find decent rubber for.

and a diavel with a termi is one of the most glorious sounds in all of motorcycles.

they both have similar ergos and pull like freight trains.

the diavel felt more sport cruiser while the rocket felt more retro cruiser

A guy showed up on one at bike night tonight. Pretty cool machine, just way too big for me. He said it's been for sale for a couple months, low miles and he's asking $6500. Seemed like a lot of bike for that price. No, I'm not interested :D

The Rocket has a 16” R/18”F. The looks Reminds me of a Ruckus on steroids.

Im worried that the Diavel will be similar to my Tuono.

i also feel like the Rocket would be closer to my night rod special. More cruiser like, as you said.

I need to test ride both. I may hate the Rocket after riding it
