I agree. I’ve always assumed it originated from conference calls/Skype meetings or something of that nature. That said, it gets said so much I suppose I just sort of picked it up. I will say however it does give the sense that you intend to still address whatever issue is being discussed. Anytime someone says let’s talk about this later it always felt like they were just blowing it off because they didn’t want to deal with it. But that could just be me.
