I was thinking about trying a thumb brake and wanted to talk to someone at GP Tech but phone number on web site does not work. Also 90% of the time when going to their site from google it gets redirected to some other site.
Haven’t seen Geoff in about a year. He had moved to Thermal at some point. There are manufacturers of complete thumb brake systems. They aren’t club racer cheap and usually come from Europe.
I emailed them when I was purchasing and they replied a couple of days later. By that time I had already purchased one. Just in case you go another route OmniaRacing sells them and turn around time is about 1-2 weeks. Currently about 310$ shipped. 13mm version. Geoff is out west now. I have a Dominator Pro Clutch/rear brake system I got from this past winter that I never used. Will be selling it.
