So long old friend..

    Today I had to let Cash, my best bud of 15 years, cross over. Not a damn thing prepares you for those last two minutes laying there on a cold and unfamiliar floor. Not having him here when I came home felt like all the happiness was just sucked out ofnthe house.

    I do want to say thank you to those who got to meet him over the years and stopped to play or just say hi. He truly loved everyone.

    Rest easy bud...

    RIP, pup. I lost my best friend of 14 years a month ago. Some of you probably have seen him at various tracks. He left a giant dog shaped hole in my life. I got another gold border collie puppy a couple of weeks ago. I'm still sad, but my new boy is helping.
