Busted out the smoker for the first time this summer. Been either too busy or just plain lazy but having been on the east coast all week I knew I would wake up early so bought a pork butt and seasoned it last night. Woke up at 4:00am today and got it rolling and was at the beach with the dog at 6:00 am. About to pull it and head across the street to enjoy some afternoon beers and pulled pork sandwiches with the neighbors.

Lastly, I make my own vinegar based Carolina bbq sauce. I can’t stand that ketchupy think junk from the store. Carolina style is where it’s at!
