the variable function of my stacks no longer works. They move to the down position and stay there regardless of throttle input or RPM.

When you turn the key on the stacks move to the bottom and stay.

We ran the bike while watching the stacks and no movement all the way to 16k.
Replaced the ECU and servo motor with no change. It seems as though a signal is given to only move the stacks in the downward (shortest) position, but no signal to move the stacks in the other direction.

Any ideas or thoughts would be much appreciated!

Ran the bike in neutral or on a dyno in gear?

you just need to spend more money on it based on a hunch. that always works.:Poke::D
btw, do you have a flash in the ecu?

Ran it on a stand in gear, not a dyno. Ran it with a flashed ECU and an OEM ECU.

this may be the reason. I would try doing it when there's a load on the engine like on a dyno. but I thought they're supposed to stay up until like 11k rpm then go down.

Sounds like you need to take it to a pro. Where are you located?

Other way around. Lift up at specified rpm.
