SV650 Race Bike - What's it Worth?

Per title, I have a '99 SV650 race bike. Hasn't been raced in years, I never got good enough and just did track days, but it should still be legal - still safety wired and I didn't muck it up.
It has a D&D muffler, Race Tech emulators, Fox rear shock, woodcraft rearsets, Sharkwerks (I believe) body and a GPXPro dash. Currently body is a little beat up and the tank has a dent.
Has some spares, a second set of wheels with rotors and a Pit Bull rear stand that will be included.
So, what is a fair price to get it out of my garage and back on the track with someone new? Located in SE Michigan if that makes a difference.

Honestly, if it doesn't have flats and has sat for several years, 1500-2000 sounds kind of high to begin with. Just my opinion.
