My point was, Barney was more than willing to block Kris, that makes Pushing him to gain room that much worse IMO.

The fact is, they weren’t the ones being touched, so how can they make a statement of fact towards what impact it had on said rider.

 

If Barns was up on Kris far enough that he could reach straight over and touch him, then he was right next to Kris. He had the track position. It is ok for Kris to then squeeze Barns into the grass?
