I tried getting an Öhlins rear shock thru stg and unable to get one , even thru swedenland. What are my best other options ?

Check with Freddy from superbike unlimited on the ohlins, and tell him Casey sent you.
If it's unavailable, thermosman can do wonders with the stock shock

Sent mine to Bobby Loo with motorrev suspension. He internally lowered the shock 15mm, custom valved it, and sprung it for my weight. Seems like he does a lot of 150r's.

The stock one is rebuildable and very good after being worked on.

Agreed with the above comments. I used stock forks and shock , converting my 150R to pure
asphalt/race duties, lowered both ends, installed stiffer springs, now the thing is an absolute mini weapon.
I don't think you need an aftermarket shock at all, IMHO.
