Anyone using it? What's your opinion/experience with using it? I'm looking at Simply Safe versus Ring primarily. The Ring $10/month monitoring is enticing to me, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Thanks for your two cents in advance.
We have the ring systems and have for years, they work very well. But the thing that stands out to me is the customer service,which is outstanding. In the early day if there was a hardware issue they swapped it out for an updated model no questions asked. Now they are more refined and we rarely have any issues.
Yeah we have the ring door bell and flood lights and it works great. I don’t know about the other system you were talking about but the ring system is definitely worth $10 a month
We have the ring doorbells front and rear. They have worked flawlessly after the initial sensitivity adjustment.
